Salad Maker / Salad Chef

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare a variety of fresh salads (e.g., Arabic salads like tabbouleh, fattoush, muabbal, tahini blends) in line with company recipes and presentation standards

Wash, trim, and chop vegetables and fruits accurately, efficiently, and hygienically

Create and mix dressings (oil, lemon, tahini, yogurt, etc.) according to standard ratios or customer preferences .

Assemble salad bowls or platters attractively and maintain consistency and quality

Monitor freshness of ingredients; rotate stock and report shortages or spoilage

Keep the salad station clean and sanitized; follow food safety protocols

Coordinate with kitchen or service staff to ensure timely delivery of salad orders
