We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salad Prep Person to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh salads according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Wash, chop, and assemble vegetables and ingredients efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station and work area
• Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and rotated to maintain freshness
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
