Salaried GP

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join our well established, friendly healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services, promote patient well-being, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care.

We will offer excellent rate of pay, dependant on experience. For the right candidate, we can be flexible on sessions. We are looking for 5 - 8 sessions per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a wide range of medical issues, including chronic disease management, acute illnesses, and preventive care.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with specialists in fields such as clinical research, public health, medical imaging, and senior care to enhance patient care quality.
• Provide support for nursing home residents and hospice patients, ensuring compassionate end-of-life care when needed.
• Offer guidance on anatomy knowledge, medication administration protocols, and patient education to promote health literacy.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate holistic patient care strategies across different healthcare settings.

Requirements

• Qualified GP with full GMC registration
• Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
• Proven experience in primary care settings with a strong focus on patient-cantered care.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and medication administration procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: £48,300.00-£120,000.00 per year
