What they need
- Generate new sales opportunities and develop new customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Provide product information and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally.
- Prepare basic sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by Management.
