About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team in the North Region on a full-time basis. This role is crucial to supporting the smooth operation of our sales department and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. As Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and facilitating communication between sales teams, clients, and internal departments. Key responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining comprehensive records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and pipeline activities
• Coordinating with sales team members to ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects
• Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
• Liaising between sales, operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing support throughout the sales process
• Managing sales schedules, meetings, and presentations
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems
• Assisting with the organisation of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Performing general administrative duties to support the sales department

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, sales administrator, or similar customer-facing administrative role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Customer service excellence with a friendly, professional demeanour
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
• Willingness to learn about our products, services, and industry sector
• A high school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business administration or sales is advantageous
