Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales orders and update customers on order status.
• Assist the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
• Handle general administrative and coordination tasks related to sales.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Previous experience in sales coordination or administration is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
