Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on payments
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product introductions
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Submit sales reports and updates to management
- Coordinate with operations and accounts for order processing and delivery
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
