We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive who can help us connect with businesses, understand their requirements, generate opportunities, and bring qualified clients to Branvidia.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit local businesses and companies to introduce Branvidia’s services and NUCLIAS AI.

* Identify potential businesses that can benefit from our solutions.

* Generate qualified leads through field visits and direct business outreach.

* Speak with business owners, founders, managers, and decision-makers.

* Understand the client’s business problems and requirements.

* Present Branvidia’s services and solutions clearly.

* Schedule meetings/demos with interested prospects.

* Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead information.

* Coordinate with the Founder/Sales team for demos and negotiations.

* Maintain a daily sales and field-visit report.

* Work toward monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

* Build long-term relationships with local businesses.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

* Is confident speaking with business owners.

* Is comfortable visiting businesses in person.

* Has good communication and convincing skills.

* Is target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Can explain services in a simple way.

* Is willing to learn about AI and digital marketing.

* Can independently conduct field visits.

* Has a professional attitude and good follow-up habits.

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Compensation

Salary: upto ₹50,000/month

Performance Incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on:

* Qualified leads generated

* Meetings scheduled

* Successful conversions

* Revenue generated

Higher performance = Higher earnings.

Performance Expectations
