Sale Executive

• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable automobile spare parts.
• Generate sales through walk-in customers, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and identify the correct parts based on vehicle model and specifications.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability and arrange parts.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending payments.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with purchase, inventory, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Stay updated on automobile spare parts, brands, prices, and product applications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
