Sale Supervisor

• Achieve sales targets as set by the company.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Understand and respond to customer needs and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings to ensure smooth communication.
• Propose new product offerings and prepare price quotations for customers.
• Collaborate with the product development and production teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to their needs and company processes.
• Monitor and control costs effectively with manager’s approval.
• Oversee and manage all company exhibitions and promotional events.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions both domestically and internationally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
• Experience in the jewelry business for less than 2-4 years.
• Knowledge of sales techniques.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
