Sale Team Lead Solution

DCSS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a dynamic IT solutions provider committed to delivering cutting-edge technology and exceptional service. We are expanding our operations in Thailand and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Country Manager and represent the company in acquiring new channel partners within the Government Sector
• Collaborate closely with the Country Manager, Sales Director and Service Delivery Manager to achieve business objectives
• Manage customer relationships for medium to large accounts within the Government Sector
• Identify revenue opportunities, develop new business, and strengthen partnerships with both new and existing channel partners
• Generate sales within designated enterprise customer environments
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contract terms, and finalize business proposals
• Develop new clients for maintenance services, parts sales, cybersecurity software solutions, and product sales
• Meet assigned sales quotas

Requirements:

• This role specifically focuses on the Government Sector and we require candidates with specific and proven sales experience in this Sector
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Management or other technical discipline
• Proven sales experience in the IT hardware sector and sales management
• Proactive, with strong negotiation and leadership skills; self-motivated
• Confident, independent, and capable of working under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and effectively from start to finish
• Preferred knowledge of programmatic advertising and exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
• Experience in TPM business is a plus
