Job Summary

The Salesman is responsible for assisting customers, selling bakery and confectionery products, maintaining product display, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience while following company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

• Greet customers politely and assist them in selecting products
• Explain product details such as flavours, ingredients, and prices
• Promote new products, offers, and seasonal items
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic customer queries

Billing & Cash Handling

• Operate the billing counter (cash, UPI, card payments)
• Ensure accurate billing and provide bills to customers
• Maintain proper cash balance during shifts

Product Handling & Display

• Arrange cakes, pastries, and confectionery neatly
• Ensure proper storage and temperature control of products
• Check product freshness and report damaged or expired items

Store Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of the store, counters, and display units
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Wear proper uniform and follow grooming guidelines

Stock Support

• Assist in checking stock levels
• Inform the Store Manager about low stock or fast-moving items
• Help in unloading and arranging new stock.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
