Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
• Process sales orders and prepare sales-related documents.
• Prepare and consolidate sales reports and other sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales, customer, inventory, and account records.
• Assist in managing consignment accounts and partner stores.
• Monitor consigned inventory, sales performance, stock levels, and replenishment.
• Prepare and monitor consignment sales reports and statements.
• Coordinate with consignment partners regarding sales, inventory, returns, and account concerns.
• Assist in reconciling consignment sales and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounting, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Assist with invoices, billing documents, and other account requirements.
• Monitor orders and assist in ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, Consignment, Account Management, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site, 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
