Sales Account Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the marketing and sales activities of the company and its sister companies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Handle and follow up on customer inquiries, including nationwide accounts and key accounts, and assist with necessary legwork, documentation, and other related requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise between Management, Construction, Business Development, and customers to ensure smooth communication and proper handling of customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and other sales materials, and attend supplier, customer, and bidding meetings as required.
• Monitor and oversee project execution when necessary to ensure that customer requirements and project commitments are properly addressed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• With at least 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field; fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits as required.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Pay: Php19,600.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
