Sales Account Associate

MDCGROUP INC. is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Account Associates with a strong work ethic to join our team at our Alabang office.

Main responsibilities are:

• Will be to generate and qualify leads, and on-board new customers.
• Will undergo Product and Industry orientation during onboarding period
• Incharge of database build-up
• Will do prospecting and cold calling
• Thorough customer profiling and product mapping for his/her own accounts
• Sales Negotiations and progressing of accounts
• Do leads follow-ups
• Responsible for a target revenue that contributes to WHOLE team and company Target

Requirements:

• Willing to do field work or face-to-face engagements with customers and prospects.
• Graduate of any business course or related fields.
• Preferably with experience in sales
• Must be customer service oriented
