About the role

This role involves expanding the customer base, increasing sales across various channels to meet company targets, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Expand customer base and increase sales across different channels to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain customer relationships as the main point of contact
• Maintain existing customer base and provide advice and recommendations on company services appropriate to customer products
• Prepare sales presentation materials, quotations, and purchase agreements
• Receive project briefs from customers and forward details to the team
• Coordinate between the AE team and working teams to ensure projects are completed thoroughly, comprehensively, and on time as agreed with customers
• Monitor and oversee project implementation
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

About you

• Experience in Marketing, Media, Graphic, or Production fields
• At least 1 year of experience working in Media Agency or Marketing
• Able to communicate and write in English
• Excellent communication skills with ability to listen, understand, and provide good advice
• Able to communicate and coordinate well within the team
• Creative thinking with ability to present new sales methods or process improvements
• Able to use programs such as PowerPoint and Google Slide for presentations to customers
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
