WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ Account executive or consultative sales experience

→ Strong relationship-building and communication skills

→ Comfortable with commission-based income structures

→ Self-managed and accountable to your own results

→ Ability to obtain a state insurance license (we guide you through it)
