Sales / Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Account Manager to join our team and drive key B2B growth. You will manage a strategic portfolio of B2B clients, identify new revenue opportunities, and build long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic portfolio of B2B clients, identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities proactively
• Deliver persuasive product presentations, proposals, and software demos to executive-level decision-makers
• Lead contract negotiations through to closing while ensuring high client satisfaction
• Maintain long-term client relationships to foster account retention and upselling opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1–3 years of proven track record as a Sales or Account Manager or B2B Sales
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for professional business communication
• Proven success within the IT, Software, or SaaS industry
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Target-oriented, resilient, and skilled at nurturing long-term client relationships
• Preferred: Experience with HR Systems, HRIS, or HCM products
