Market Expansion Opportunity

Jacobs Marketing Solutions is developing its leadership pipeline for planned expansion during 2027 and 2028, with a focus on building teams and preparing future marketing managers over the next 12–18 months.

Markets we are exploring include:

  • Mississippi: Continued growth on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
  • California: San Francisco and the Bay Area.
  • Texas: Austin and Houston.
  • Florida: West Palm Beach and the South Florida region.

We are hiring now because successful expansion begins with developing capable people. We want individuals who are interested in mastering the current role, learning how to train and lead others, and earning the opportunity to support future office launches and campaign growth.

As qualified individuals progress, future opportunities may include other Fortune 500 client campaigns, business-to-business sales, or retail channels, depending on available opportunities and business needs.

Relocation is not required for this entry-level position. Candidates interested in future travel, relocation, leadership, and management opportunities are encouraged to apply. These are planned growth markets; new offices, transfers, and promotions are not guaranteed.

Compensation and Development Program - Paid Training and Starting Development Track
