First Coast Sales Group is hiring an Sales Account Representative to connect with prospective customers throughout Jacksonville. If you enjoy meeting people, learning new skills, and working toward goals, we’d like to hear from you!

You’ll represent our client partners through direct conversations, help customers understand available products and services, and assist with enrollment. Previous sales experience is welcome but isn’t required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers in Jacksonville
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable options
• Explain approved products, pricing, eligibility, and terms accurately
• Assist customers with applications and enrollment
• Maintain accurate sales records and activity updates
• Participate in training and work toward individual and team goals
• Follow company, client, and consumer-protection requirements

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers face to face
• Receptive to coaching and feedback
• Available Monday–Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Customer service, retail, and hospitality experience can be helpful, but no previous sales experience is required!
