Sales Account Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative (Voice) to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
• Coordinate appointments, demonstrations, or consultations when applicable.
• Assist with post-sale follow-up to confirm customer requests were completed.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and applicable offers.
• Process sales orders and required customer information accurately.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Customer service or Call Center experience is an advantage but not required.
