Job Details

• Position: Sales Representative
• Location: Cebu City – Onsite
• Salary: Up to ₱26,000/month basic salary
• Employment: Full-time
• Experience: No experience required
• Schedule: Shifting schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Training: Paid training from Day 1

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound sales calls or chats
• Promote products and services based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide accurate product and pricing information
• Assist customers from inquiry to purchase
• Provide excellent customer service
• Record customer and sales information accurately
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Confident and comfortable with sales
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
