Sales Account Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handles the South Luzon Area, which includes Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Cavite, Batangas and Laguna.
• In charge of ensuring the growth and development of the area assigned to him/her – meeting the sales target set by management, identifying potential growth areas.
• Regularly visits the different account head offices and branches in the area.
• Handles a team of merchandisers and ensures that they perform effectively.
• Builds a good professional relationship with the accounts and their managements.
• Ensures that all concerns and issues of the accounts are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures the proper and on-time execution of all marketing strategies and activities in the account.
• Makes and submit regular reports including trade visit reports, weekly expense reports and other monthly reports.

Qualification:

• Lives in Paranaque/Muntinlupa/Cavite/Laguna/Batangas
• College graduate majored in Business Management / Marketing / Other Business-Related courses.
• At least 1 year work experience in a Sales or Marketing position preferably with a consumer goods company
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and selling skills
• Able to do presentations with potential clients
• Pleasing personality and can immediately establish rapport with different people
• Willing to learn
• Willing to do field work
• Good work ethics
• Analytical and able to do time-management well
