Accounting (Sales)

Salary: RM1,700
(Salary increment based on performance)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:50 PM

• Lunch Break (Monday – Thursday): 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM

• Lunch Break (Friday): 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales recording and preparation of sales reports.
• Manage invoicing, receipts, and sales documentation.
• Reconcile sales data and monitor accounts receivable.
• Update and maintain records using accounting software (e.g. SQL-based systems, Excel).
• Assist with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by the company.
• Support sales and operations for F&B business.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales accounting, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to multitask and handle administrative work when required.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
