Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Representative to join our team in Cebu City. This role involves assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and helping drive sales while providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or other assigned channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Present product or service features, benefits, and available offers
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally
• Follow up with customers when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Meet assigned sales, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
• Follow company policies, procedures, and account guidelines
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed

Qualifications

• College graduates are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience are encouraged to apply
• Sales, customer service, or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
• Good English communication skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
