Sales Admin and Billing Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate progress billings based on project milestones and completion status.
• Approval Coordination: Identify, coordinate with, and follow up with the client’s technical and financial approvers to facilitate timely billing approvals.
• Billing Documentation: Compile and maintain supporting documents, including handover documents, site photos, completion certificates, and other required billing attachments.
• Billing Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve client billing rejections and discrepancies related to project scope, deliverables, and technical completion.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile collections against project contracts, purchase orders (POs), and billing records to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Financial Management or Operations Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing, preferably within the telecommunications infrastructure, tower company (TowerCo), or civil engineering and construction industries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and customer records.
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with different departments.
