About the role

This role involves processing daily orders from the company website, part purchases, and e-commerce platforms, managing order details, and coordinating with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily orders from the company website, part purchases, and e-commerce platforms
• Check order details including items, quantity, pricing, payment method, order status, and tax calculations
• Process same-day delivery and express shipping orders
• Contact customers for order follow-ups, pending information, or parts-related matters
• Follow up with customers when parts are out of stock and provide suitable updates
• Process and clear part purchase orders and inform the relevant departments accordingly
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via e-commerce chat platforms
• Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation
• Assist with other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior from time to time

About you

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in Web Content Management or a related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Additional language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of PCs and computer hardware is an added advantage
