Sales Admin and Information Assistant

About the role

Generate and update all Sales Reports needed by General Trade Sales group. Ensure timely and accurate reports submission based on the requirement of the NSM. Provide analysis and consolidates forecasting requirement and closely coordinates with the Sales Planner to ensure that the stocks will be properly allocated to Sales. In-charge of routing and filing of all sales documents.

Key responsibilities

• Receives & encodes ADP orders ensuring correct SKUs and quantity of order within booking cut-off
• Guide Sales constantly thru SIV and STT Sales Reports as basis for Management planning and decision making
• Accurately computes for DSP Incentives and timely release to ADPs
• Attends to inter-office concerns (Sales to Other Dept. and vice versa)
• Transmit documents to other departments completely and on time
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to assigned DS
