Sales Admin Assistant

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsible for the development of Foton Dealers, protects the image of the company and it's brand by ensuring that all dealers provides optimum customer satisfaction, and acts as a consultant to dealers on their business activities, coordination with dealers, coordination for marketing support, collaterals and material for all Foton Dealers.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monthly call out and email the banks to get the list of Pre-Owned units (Repossessed)

2. Consolidate summary and summarize the list of Pre-Owned units provided by banks (summary should be by Foton unit for every bank)

3. Print and File Bank Pre-owned units list per month for proper monitoring.

4. Call out and send follow up email to dealers for the financing applications report every week.

5. Remind the dealers for submission of bank financing application report every end of the month.

6. Consolidate all dealers financing applications reports and preparing summary of approved accounts per dealer, per bank.

7. Print and File the bank financing application for dealer, per month.

8. Send an e-mail reminder to all dealers every Monday regarding bank financing assistance.

9. Maintenance of files and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
