Sales Admin [ Assistant / Executive ]

Sales Admin
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Boon Lay
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders, sales orders and related documents accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to arrange deliveries and monitor shipment status.
• Prepare and submit required documents, reports and product certifications to customers and suppliers.
• Check and process invoices, billing documents and payment-related records.
• Prepare sales documents, monthly reports and other administrative paperwork.
• Support project administration by tracking orders, costs, deadlines and required follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project and other internal teams to ensure smooth order and project completion.
• Manage daily emails and enquiries, follow up on outstanding matters and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sales administration, order processing or a similar support role.
• Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words / Excel / Access)
