SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT - NORTH LUZON

About the role

A Sales Administration Assistant's responsibility and accountabilities are mainly to support and manage sales and marketing administrative functions in relation to the unit's general KPI.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Division Head, Department Head, and Account Officers
• Manage the processing and booking of lease / loan availment
• Help in the monitoring and regularization of document deficiencies
• Reportorial of data gathering and management
• Coordinate with different units / departments of the Company

About you

• College Degree preferably Economics or Business-related courses
• At least 1 year experience working in a bank or financial institution
• Relevant sales and administrative support experience
• Work experience in leasing and finance is an advantage
• Detail oriented
• Computer literate
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to relate well with internal and external parties
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point application
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management, Operational, Documentation and Regulatory Knowledge
