Sales Admin Clerk

The Sales Admin Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the sales operations team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders and item fulfillment. This position is responsible for coordinating with the warehouse, maintaining sales records, and assisting in the smooth delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Generate requisition slips which contains the list of ordered items.
• Prepare serial template and coordinate with warehouse to confirm serial number of items.
• Process and accurately record item fulfillment in the system.
• Prepare Delivery Forms and cross-check them against supporting documents prior to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, deliveries, and sales documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or any related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• At least one (1) year of experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative work is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Full Onsite

OFFICE LOCATION: Las Piñas City, with an upcoming relocation to The Village Square- Alabang.
