Sales Admin

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain accurate sales records, client databases and CRM systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the sales team
• Process customer inquiries, quotations and orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Coordinate scheduling for sales meetings, presentations and follow-up calls, managing calendars for multiple sales representatives
• Handle customer communications via email, phone and other channels, providing professional support and addressing routine inquiries
• Coordinate with other departments including finance, operations and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring all sales documentation is easily retrievable and compliant with company policies
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, expense tracking and travel arrangements for the sales team.
