What they need
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately to fulfill sales requirements
- Prepare and manage invoices to ensure correct billing and payment processing
- Generate and verify shipping documents, including delivery orders and packing lists, to support logistics and delivery
- Maintain vendor relationships by communicating effectively and supporting sourcing activities
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- 5.5-days workweek (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am-12:30pm)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate vendor and customer interactions
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and a good understanding of sourcing processes to support procurement and vendor management
