Job Description: Sales Admin - General Trade

Position Summary

The General Trade Sales Admin supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role works in an office set-up and plays a key part in keeping order processing, customer communication, and cross-team coordination running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

·       Assist the sales team with administrative duties, including order processing and documentation.

·       Maintain customer databases and update records as necessary.

·       Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries.

·       Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

·       Support promotional activities and sales initiatives.

·       Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Work Setup

·       Office-based position.

Qualifications

·       Newly graduates are preferred.

·       Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

·       Any sales administration or customer service experience is an advantage.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
