Sales Admin

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the processing of sales orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing to meet customer expectations.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, order status, and product information. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, presentations, and reports. Assist in coordinating sales activities and events as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales transactions, and inventory levels in the company's database or CRM system
• Generate and process invoices for sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and billing details. Coordinate with finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
• Compile sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
