What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Support Outdoor Sales Representatives with quotations, orders, invoices, and customer requirements.
- Handle walk-in customers and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and records according to SOP.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Purchasing and Accounts for order fulfilment.
- Monitor customer activity and follow up on inactive accounts.
- Monitor AR collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare sales reports and provide timely updates to Management.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (One Saturday off every month)
