Sales Admin

Our Client:

• Advanced Heat Treatment Specialist
• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• East - Loyang
• Basic UP $3000 + VB

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
• Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Follow up with new and existing customers to maintain good customer relationships.
• Arrange customer meetings and coordinate communication between customers and the Sales Team.
• Attend to walk-in customers and handle after-sales enquiries.
• Prepare and issue job travellers and work orders for confirmed orders.
• Coordinate closely with the Production Department to ensure jobs are scheduled and processed according to customer requirements.
• Monitor sales enquiries and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
• Ensure sales documents and work orders comply with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination or Customer Service.
