Sales Admin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Automotive Technology, or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, After-Sales, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive dealership industry.
• Experience in handling customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations, vehicle servicing, warranty claims, preventive maintenance, and after-sales processes is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and supervising a customer service or after-sales team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience using CRM, ERP, or dealership management systems (e.g., NetSuite) is an advantage.
• Customer-focused, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite and travel when necessary.
