SALES ADMIN

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant who can communicate well with customers and work closely with our Sales, Plant and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and other sales documents
• Handle customers' enquiries and follow up on orders
• Coordinate with customers, sales team, plant and operations team on delivery arrangements
• Maintain and update customer, sales and order records
• Assist with invoicing and ensure supporting documents are properly maintained
• Follow up on outstanding documents and customer requirements
• Prepare simple sales reports and documentation
• Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
• Experience in Sales Admin, Customer Service or Administration is preferred
• Experience in construction, ready-mix concrete or manufacturing is an advantage
