Sales Admin

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales quotations, commercial proposals, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance on purchase orders, invoicing, payment status, and outstanding/overdue customer accounts, including necessary follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in Salesforce and SAP Business One (SAP B1), while monitoring order status and providing timely updates.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, payments, and account-related matters, while supporting Customer Service with enquiries and case management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service delivery.
• Prepare monthly sales and management reports and perform other sales administration duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a related role.
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, or engineering is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP Business One (SAP B1) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills, with good attention to detail and a positive team-player mindset.
