Sales Admin

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Sales Admin to support our Sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks. If you enjoy coordinating with people, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth business operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Process customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounts departments.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide administrative support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and filing.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and other administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

About you

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or sales support experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (Malay is an advantage).
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
