Picogen Industry Sdn Bhd is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-precision metal parts for global industries, including automotive, medical, semiconductor, and precision molding. Our facility in Butterworth, Penang, is equipped with advanced technology , and we are committed to delivering micro-tolerance excellence to our international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations based on customer specifications and technical requirements.
• Process customer orders and generate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise closely with the production team to monitor order progress and ensure meet customer delivery dates.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting local and overseas exhibitions as needed.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Experience working in precision engineering industries is highly preferred (or having a relevant engineering background).
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to communicate smoothly with our clients from China.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, able to handle fast-paced coordination and high responsibility.
