Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities: -

• Prepare sales related documents, forms and records.
• Coordinate with sales agents and purchasers to ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Follow up on payment status and loan documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide efficient after sales administrative support.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Process lawyers’ fees and agency commission claims, ensuring all required supporting documents and receipts are complete and properly submitted.
• Coordinate and assist in organizing sales events, promotions and customer activities.

Requirement: -

• No experience required and fresh graduated are welcome.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speake and write with Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandrin.
