Job Description

The Sales Administrator provides essential support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales cycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Production Team and Sales Executive on all matters related to production, e.g. stock level and special requirements by customers.
• Closely coordinate with Sales Team and Customers to ensure all matters pertaining to order, delivery, collection, product and related matters are timely followed-up and completed.
• Provide supporting activities to sales and purchase department and ensure smooth operational work flow from quotation generation to job completion.
• Provide assistance in E-Commerce / online sales activities.
• Other tasks assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

• Candidate to possess at least an O Level Cert or ITE Cert in any field
• Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
• Required skill(s): MS Office
• Full-Time position
• 5-day work week
• Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn
