Sales Admin

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers professionally.
• Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, payment records and documentation.
• Update and maintain customer information, sales records and databases.
• Coordinate customer appointments, course registrations and schedules.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding matters.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and management team.
• Prepare basic sales reports and track customer follow-up progress.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Perform other administrative duties when required.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Sales Admin, Customer Service or Sales Support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
