Sales Admin

About the role

This is a sales administration role supporting the sales team with order processing, customer service, and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales data
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, and account information
• Support the sales team with preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Track customer orders from initial request through delivery and follow up on outstanding orders
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, purchasing, and other departments as required
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, ERP, or other sales management systems
• Prepare regular sales reports, including order status, sales performance, and customer activity
• Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team member when necessary
• Support customer account setup and ensure required documentation is complete

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration is an advantage
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
