Sales Admin

Sales Admin — PHP 18,000 to PHP 30,000 per month (depending on experience).

Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA) is a fast-growing electrical, automation, instrumentation, and solar solutions company based in Lipa City, Batangas, serving industrial and power-sector clients across CALABARZON and nationwide. We are looking for an organized and reliable Sales Admin to support our growing sales engineering team. Onsite at our Lipa City head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, format, and track quotations, proposals, and sales orders for the sales engineering team

• Maintain and update the CRM / sales monitoring system and customer records

• Coordinate with pricing, logistics, and accounting on order processing and fulfillment

• Handle customer follow-ups, inquiries, and after-sales coordination

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management

• Manage sales documentation, filing, and general administrative support for the sales department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related field

• Experience in sales support, order processing, or admin roles is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work with engineers and clients

• Based in or near Lipa City, Batangas
