• Providing administrative support to sales teams
• Handle sales order logistics and communicate with internal departments for ensuring smooth order processing
• Preparing sales reports for performing a variety of statistical analyses for regular review
• Ensure cleanliness of sales pipeline of sales teams
• Entering information onto business systems and keeping this up-to-date

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• 1-2 years relevant experience in sales administration
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered asProject/ Sales Officer
• Good inter-personal relationships/ team player
• Experience with report conception, development and maintenance
• Good communication, organization, computer skills
• Good reading and writing skills in English
• Dynamic, hardworking & trustworthy
• Immediately available will be appreciated
