SALES ADMIN

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team at YS DIGITAL SDN BHD' in Arau Perlis. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including invoice billing,packing stock and delivery arrangement,
• Handling customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with the preparation of READY STOCK LISTING
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stocking listing
• Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the sales function

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales administrative or customer service role
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
